Healing Together: Sharing Healing Practices and Skills (Up to 5.0 CEUs are offered for social workers)

This symposium event will allow attendees to listen to community healing practitioners in panel discussions around the origins of restorative justice (RJ) in Chicago and the place and practice of restorative circles in a variety of contexts across the city of Chicago, including the Restorative Justice Community Courts, RJ in schools, RJ at DePaul, and RJ based community organizations. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in circles to learn about the circle process and the main components of circle keeping.
