Healing Centered Engagement Panel
Recorded on February 18, 2026
Center for Childhood Resilience and Flourish Agenda were honored to host a dynamic conversation between Dr. Colleen Cicchetti and Dr. Shawn Ginwright on the power of Healing Centered Engagement in schools and other systems.
This panel explored how healing-centered practices move beyond trauma-informed care to center identity, culture, individual and community assets, and collective well-being. Together, our speakers reflected on what it means to lead in ways that foster belonging, agency, and sustainable change, particularly within educational environments. Whether you are an educator, system leader, or emerging changemaker, this discussion offers both inspiration and practical insight for creating environments rooted in healing and possibility.
