Golden Apple prepares teachers for rural, suburban and urban schools through their Scholars and Accelerators programs. Golden Apple is committed to make a material difference in resolving the teacher shortage through its Scholars and Accelerators programs by expanding the pipeline of highly effective, diverse educators.

Golden Apple elevates the teaching and school leadership professions through recognition of master teachers and school leaders with the Golden Apple Awards for Excellence in Teaching & Leadership. Award recipients play an important role in preparing the next generation of teachers by providing instruction and mentorship to future teachers in the Golden Apple Scholars and Accelerators programs.

Golden Apple partners with Center for Childhood Resilience to provide professional learning communities around relationship-building; emotion regulation; safety and belonging; culture and equity; and self-care and collective care for educators so that Mentors can support new teachers in these areas.
