This session will discuss neurodiversity from a strengths-based perspective and will provide strategies to support, enhance, and empower resilient neurodivergent brains in the school and work setting.
 1. Participants will gain an understanding of the term “neurodivergence” and how it may apply to their student populations.
2. Participants will identify three positive characteristics or strengths associated with neurodiversity.
3. Participants will identify three strategies for creating a more supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
